By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jl6jl6 platform — including the website at jl6jl6.net, any associated mobile-optimised pages, or any services offered thereunder — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with jl6jl6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl6jl6 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

4.2  Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3  Account Security. 5.6  Source of Funds. Players confirm that all funds deposited into their jl6jl6 Account are from legitimate sources and do not derive from any unlawful activity. jl6jl6 cooperates fully with relevant Philippine authorities in any investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.

5.7  Withdrawal Method Matching. jl6jl6 reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, jl6jl6 may require additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

6.1  Promotion-Specific Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by jl6jl6 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 8.1  Odds and Markets. Sports betting odds on jl6jl6 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted are the odds that apply to that wager. Odds fluctuations after acceptance do not affect the payout of an accepted bet.

8.2  Event Cancellation. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before completion of the minimum period required for settlement, jl6jl6 will void all bets on that event and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts, unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.

8.3  In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted at jl6jl6's discretion. jl6jl6 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play betting markets at any time. Bets placed on an in-play market that was suspended or closed at the time of placement will be void and stakes returned.

8.4  Maximum Payout. A maximum payout limit per event and per Player may apply to sports betting markets. Where a wager's potential return exceeds the stated maximum payout, the payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the odds at the time of bet placement.

8.5  Prohibited Betting. Betting on events where the Player has insider knowledge or any ability to influence the outcome is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. jl6jl6 will cooperate with relevant authorities in any investigation of match-fixing or event manipulation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl6jl6 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

10.1  jl6jl6's Right to Suspend. jl6jl6 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

10.2  Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the jl6jl6 support team. Where a Player requests Account closure for responsible gaming reasons, jl6jl6 will process the closure immediately and will note the reason to prevent future re-registration during the self-exclusion period.

10.3  Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by the Player and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining verified Account balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method on file, subject to KYC verification requirements. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

10.4  Inactive Accounts. Where the Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

13.2  jl6jl6's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3  jl6jl6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

13.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl6jl6's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jl6jl6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jl6jl6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl6jl6 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data submitted during registration or KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of Platform services.

16.2  Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and jl6jl6, the Player agrees to first contact jl6jl6's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. jl6jl6 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

16.3  Jurisdiction. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.4  Finality of Outcomes. All game results and sports betting outcomes settled by jl6jl6's systems are final, subject only to a formal dispute process. Players must raise any dispute regarding a settled outcome within thirty (30) days of the settlement date.
